Fundraiser Frequently Asked Questions
Does each girl get a flyer to take home? OR just an order form? OR do I take the flyer I received and make copies?
Ideally, each girl will receive
(1. a parent letter and 2. an order form stapled together along with 3. an envelope for any cash or checks received). You can make copies of the flyer you received and send that home with the girls as well. Sending a copy of the flyer in addition to the other items can help with your fundraising efforts.
The letters to send home came with start and end dates stamped on them. Can the start and end dates change?
The fundraiser dates are not set in stone, however our boxes are curated quarterly which means that we create a new themed box every 3 months. So based on your start and end dates, that will determine which box your team receives.
At the end of the fundraiser, does the fundraiser organizer would collect and return all the order forms at once?
Yes, at the end of the fundraiser, the fundraiser organizer would collect and return all order forms at once. Once we receive forms and payment, we will begin sorting and packing your boxes to be shipped.
